Most of our facilities offer the same core amenities — power and bright overhead lighting, on-site restroom, 24/7 access, and additional outdoor parking options. However, some locations include additional features such as heated bays or WiFi. Visit each location page to see the specific amenities available.
Contractor bay tenants may park one vehicle directly in front of their unit while on-site. Additional parking options are available for vehicles, trailers, and equipment, giving businesses the flexibility to store and access work vehicles with ease.
Our leases are short-term and flexible to fit your needs. We simply require a 90-day move-out notice — you can stay for as little as three months or as long as you’d like!
To move into your contractor bay, we require just one month’s rent and one month’s security deposit. Once those are paid and your lease is signed, you’re ready to move in and start using your space right away.
