Cornerstone Contractor Bays is part of Cornerstone Storage which was founded in 2010 in Omaha, Nebraska, with one clear goal: to create storage solutions that truly work for people and businesses, and have some fun.

What started as a single facility has grown into a network of 11 storage locations across Nebraska and Iowa — and we’re still expanding.

From the very beginning, we noticed a gap. Businesses kept asking: “Do you have contractor bays or warehouse space sized for a small team?” Just like families and individuals, contractors and entrepreneurs needed flexible, affordable, and functional spaces to operate. So, we expanded beyond traditional self storage.
